Riverstone has been contracted to develop approximately 6,000 square feet of new construction in Madeira, Ohio (7835 Camargo Road). This new building will house 12-14 offices, two conference rooms, 5-6 bathrooms, and an open studio space. The current tenant list is: Stitch Studio, Aspen Investment Partners, and Riverstone Development Group.
