Stephen Scroggins
Partner / Director of Site Development
Steve Scroggins has over eleven years in the design/build development industry. With a degree in Building Construction Management, and a focus in Surveying and Site Layout from Purdue University, Steve started his professional career with Messer Construction. He performed civil engineering and project management roles on Children Hospital's ten and a half story Research Tower. He was also instrumental in the build-out of more than $14 million dollars worth of educational construction (Woodward High school). Steve then transitioned into a design/build role with Al. Neyer Incorporated working on raw land and redevelopment projects. During his tenure with Al. Neyer Steve managed over 1.5 million square feet of design build projects. Steve is happily married and currently resides in Madeira.
